I came to see Manju after a long period of health issues that were prohibiting my ability to show up in my life in the way I knew that I could. My concerns were wide and varied from physical to mental to emotional. I had come to think that these issues would be a part of my life forever. In our first meeting Manju's approach was professional, compassionate and clear. I left feeling understood and hopeful for my new treatment. This hope turned into conviction after only a few weeks of being on the recommendations she gave. I will never forget the moment things changed for me. I was in my car, driving to work and I kept saying out loud to myself, "I can't believe I feel this good, I can't believe I feel this good"! That day, I felt as though I was sitting on top of a glass lake, everything inside was completely still. From this day forward I have been committed to Ayurveda and following Manju's suggestions. Every area of my health has improved and most of my concerns have been completely eliminated. Manju keeps me accountable to my routine while adjusting it to fit my lifestyle, and she does go with grace and stability. Working with Manju, you can feel her depth of knowledge and dedication to the practice, which I believe shows up through in the outcomes.
