Caring and intuitive practitioner

I had been told all my life that I would always have painful and irregular periods and that hormonal birth control was the only way to regulate it. After working with Manju, I was able to get off of birth control and my periods became regulated within a few months. (It also blew my mind that I could have cramp-free periods!) I have been astonished by how effective, yet gentle these Ayurvedic practices can be. Manju is a caring and intuitive practitioner with a vast knowledge of western pharmaceuticals. She listens, asks questions, and quickly gets to the heart of the matter —finding and treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms . She has helped me through many health issues now, including support for healing a broken bone. Additionally, Manju never makes me feel bad if and when I fall off the Ayurvedic wagon. I’m grateful to have found such a supportive, kind, and gentle guide. It feels like I’m now an equal participant in my own healthcare!
