Yaniz Pineda has been a valued member of the Ayurhitam team for over four years, bringing warmth, intuition, and genuine care to every treatment. As a Certified Massage Therapist, she has received extensive training in traditional Ayurvedic therapies and is known for delivering each session with confidence, precision, and compassion.
What truly sets Yaniz apart is her ability to meet each client exactly where they are. She takes the time to listen closely to every concern, ensuring clients feel genuinely heard before she even begins a session and she thoughtfully weaves those concerns into her approach, tailoring each treatment to the individual rather than offering a one-size-fits-all experience.
With over 24 years of experience across Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle management, Sharmila Shankar brings an integrative approach to long-term health and wellness.
She holds a BAMS, a Master’s in Therapeutic Yoga, and a Fellowship in Holistic Diet and Nutrition. By bringing these disciplines together, Sharmila helps individuals understand their health more holistically and make practical, sustainable changes to their daily lives

After spending more than a decade in clinical pharmacy, Manju Kolli chose to leave the corporate world in search of a deeper approach to healing. That journey led her to the study of classical Ayurveda, where she discovered a philosophy centered on treating the root cause rather than simply managing symptoms.
She completed her Ayurvedic education at Mount Madonna Institute and spent years studying the classical Samhitas under respected Vaidyas while training across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. For the past 9+ years, she has been helping patients through authentic Ayurvedic care, combining traditional wisdom with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
