Terms of Use

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ayurhitam.com (the “Site”), including booking, cancellation, and refund terms for consultations and treatments. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site
You may use this Site to learn about Ayurhitam’s services, book appointments, purchase gift cards, and access educational content. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or booking an appointment, and not to misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt its operation or access data you’re not authorized to access).

Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking platform, Practice Better. By booking through that platform, you are also agreeing to Practice Better’s own terms as well as Ayurhitam’s intake policies. Cancellation, no-show, and refund terms are set out below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations by You
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this by emailing info@ayurhitam.com.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments (“no-shows”), are subject to a $50 fee.

Cancellations by Ayurhitam
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (illness, emergency, etc.). In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no charge, or offer a full refund for that appointment.

Refunds
Consultation and treatment fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Prepaid packages may be refunded for unused sessions upon written request.

Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our Square gift card store are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash, in accordance with Square’s gift card terms, and do not expire unless required otherwise by law.

Free Clarity Calls
Our complimentary 15-minute clarity calls can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time with no fee, though we ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another client.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and educational materials — is owned by Ayurhitam or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
