- Contact form submissions, name, phone number, email, and any message you send us.
- Appointment bookings, when you book a consultation or treatment, you are directed to our scheduling partner, Practice Better, which collects your name, contact details, and appointment preferences directly. Practice Better’s own privacy policy governs that information; we receive your booking details in order to provide care.
- Health and intake information, if you become a client, your practitioner may collect health history and wellness information as part of your consultation and ongoing care. This information is used only to provide and improve your care and is not sold or used for marketing. Health information is stored securely through Practice Better.
- Newsletter and free resource sign-ups, if you sign up for our newsletter, webinars, or free guides, we collect your email (and sometimes name) through Mailchimp/zoho and Google Forms.
- Gift card purchases, gift cards are processed through Square, which collects payment information directly; we do not store your card details.
- Automatically collected information, like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type, and on-site behavior such as scrolling or clicks).

We still treat your health and wellness information with care and confidentiality, storing it securely through Practice Better, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
